Specific Rules & Regulations of Abunza:

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you read the following information. These rules are created for the benefit and protection of our members and to turn the gray areas into clear black and white. If you have any questions about the policies of this business, here is where you will find answers. Make sure you read this carefully as these rules will apply to you!

Sponsor Shopping:

Abunza recognizes that we all must take personal responsibility for our actions. As savvy marketers, it is important to do your research before signing onto any company, and make the decision that is right for you as a business owner. While we don't advocate sponsor shopping, we are well aware that it may happen. So we have put rules in place to protect our members and ensure that everyone is being paid what they are worth.

? 1) If a prospect submits a call back request from your website, that prospect belongs to you for 30 days.     2) If a prospect joins under another member within that 30 days then you will be entitled to a $100 finder's fee.

    3) If a prospect contacts you, it is your responsibility to ask if that prospect has talked with anyone else from Abunza. If so, please be aware that you will         need to pay $100 out of your commission if the prospect signs up with you.

    4) If 30 days has passed since the prospect requested information, they are reverted back to an open prospect and these rules don't apply.

Using the Dream Team Member (DTM) Feature:

The unique advantage to Abunza is that you have trained professionals from the Abunza Dream Team that will call back your prospects for you, in either Spanish or English and facilitate sales. Since these Dream Team Members are an integral part of the Abunza family, we have a few guidelines that must be observed when using this feature.

You can choose to turn on the Dream Team Feature so that you never need to actually speak with any prospective distributor, or you can turn off that feature and make the sales yourself. If you choose to utilize one of our Dream Team Members to make your calls and close your sales for you, you net $747 per sale and the DTM is paid $200. Whether or not you have the DT feature turned on or off is VERY IMPORTANT! If your button is off, then the Dream Team will not have access to your leads. If your button is turned on, then the DT will be calling back your leads in a timely fashion. IF YOU HAVE THE DREAM TEAM BUTTON TURNED ON YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THEM $200 IF A SALE IS MADE!! This is regardless of how much time you feel they worked on your leads, if you had it on by mistake, if your prospect was just requesting a callback out of curiosity, etc.

Please be aware that the Dream Team is not there for free technical support, but rather to attend to the important business of calling your leads, closing your sales, and making you money!

If a member refuses to pay a DTM who has closed a sale for them, said member's membership will be suspended until payment is made. 

Special Pricing
Under NO circumstances may you offer any special prices, internet deals, sign up deals, money back guarantees, etc. This kind of price slashing/side deals not only cheapens the products we offer, but also the integrity of the company, good will between members, and hurts your financial gain in the long run. This also includes offering to pay out of your pocket, or trying to set up members before they have fully paid. Any member that engages in any kind of activity that gives a discount or special deals to prospects that join under them will have their membership immediately terminated. 

What to Do when a New Member Signs up With you:

When one of your prospects decides to start their own Abunza business, congratulations, you've made a sale! Now there are a few steps that must be taken in order to continue the highest level of customer service and get them into the system as a member. In order for a prospect to be activated as a member, it must be verified that all payments have been made. These payments are as follows:

1) Payment of product to you

2) Payment to 2nd tier sponsor

3) Payment to Abunza of monthly fee or Lifetime Membership

Please have your prospects send their receipts for said payments made to support@abunza.com. Once we have received these payment receipts, your prospect will be immediately activated into a new member. Please make sure that your prospect DOES NOT forget this important step or else they will be awaiting membership. Congrats, now your sale is final!

There are quite a few online tutorials in your back office that should be able to help you with any technical problems you may have. In case you have further questions, please refer to the Abunza Support tab in your back office. This will direct you to our quick support ticket center, where you can get speedy answers to your technical questions.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

Since commissions are paid immediately to our members directly from the buyer and because you'll be granted immediate access to all the software downloads, obviously it would make it impossible to issue refunds... therefore,NO REFUNDS CAN EVER BE ISSUED.

 

DO NOT JOIN THIS PROGRAM IF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOU...

1.Spending any amount of money could or would cause financial hardship.

2.Knowing you CANNOT get a refund under ANY circumstances.

3.Your lack of computer knowledge or lack of time to learn.

 

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time and your membership will continue until the last payment period. Once your monthly membership period has lapsed, your access to the members area and web site will be removed and your downline will move up to your sponsor.
